The Role
As Associate Director within the Property Management team, you will lead the strategic management of a varied commercial portfolio while building trusted relationships with key clients and driving service excellence.
Your responsibilities will include
- Taking responsibility for the management of a high-quality mixed commercial property portfolio.
- Acting as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of prestigious clients, providing strategic property management advice.
- Working closely with asset managers to maximise income, enhance asset performance and deliver long-term value.
- Collaborating with colleagues across agency, building consultancy and professional services to provide seamless client delivery.
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships and support new business development.
- Leading, mentoring and developing junior surveyors within the Birmingham team.
- Contributing to the continued expansion and success of the regional office and wider national property management business.
About You
The successful candidate will be an experienced commercial property management professional with the confidence to manage key client relationships and deliver strategic advice across complex portfolios.
You’ll ideally have
- Extensive experience managing mixed commercial property portfolios.
- MRICS qualification (preferred).
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to enhance asset performance.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring teams.
