Joshua Kane is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator & Product Developer to join our closely knit fashion house, specialising in high-end men’s and women’s made-to-measure and bespoke tailoring.
This is a hands‑on role for a hardworking, self‑motivated individual who combines technical product knowledge with exceptional organisation and communication skills. Working closely with our director, design team, suppliers and factories, you will help bring designs to life while maintaining our standards of quality, fit and craftsmanship.
Your role will coordinate product development and production, manage samples and supplier communication, monitor measurements and negotiate costs, and keep projects moving against a fast‑paced, evolving critical path.
Your role will require:
- At least five years’ fashion industry experience, including direct experience with men’s and women’s tailoring.
- Strong knowledge of tailoring garment construction, fit, measurements and quality control.
- Experience liaising directly with suppliers and factories on product development, sampling, pricing and production.
- Strong pattern‑cutting knowledge and the ability to physically cut and amend patterns.
- Strong machine and hand sewing skills.
- Excellent skills in Adobe Illustrator as well as Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- A proactive, resourceful approach and a willingness to take ownership, solve problems and support colleagues.
