I’m looking for an experienced Private Chef to take complete responsibility for my weekday nutrition and meal preparation. I’m a busy entrepreneur who also trains regularly for endurance events, so I’m looking for someone who genuinely understands the relationship between food, nutrition, recovery, body composition and performance.
The role will involve preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner, 5 days per week, alongside healthy snacks and occasional desserts.
The Role
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner 5 days per week
- High-protein, nutritionally balanced meals
- Performance and recovery-focused nutrition
- Weekly menu planning
- Ingredient shopping and sourcing
- Meal prep and portioning
- Healthy snacks, smoothies and desserts
- Adjusting meals around training and calorie requirements
- Keeping the kitchen stocked, clean and organised
I’m not looking for bland chicken-and-rice bodybuilding meals. Food needs to be fresh, varied, healthy and genuinely enjoyable, while still hitting calorie, protein and nutritional targets.
The Person
- Professional chef experience
- Excellent understanding of nutrition
- Knowledge of sports/performance nutrition
- Experience with high-protein cooking
- An interest in fitness and healthy living
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and manage everything food-related
Private-chef experience would be advantageous but isn’t essential for an exceptional candidate.
