Josh’s Care Company Ltd is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team. This role focuses on delivering person-centred care , supporting clients to maintain independence, skills, and personal interests while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

- Follow individual Care Plans and report any changes in client needs to Senior Carers, Nurses, or Managers.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of all clients.
- Encourage clients’ connections with family, friends, and the local community.
- Teamwork & Collaboration
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
- Communicate effectively to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
