Located in the heart of Marylebone, open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, our restaurant is designed to offer an exceptional culinary experience. Positions Available: Senior Sous Chef Junior Sous Chef What Were Looking For: Were seeking dynamic, talented, and driven individuals with a passion for French cuisine to join our opening team. As a Sous Chef at Josephine, you will play a vital role in shaping our kitchen operations and delivering a memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in leading and managing a team of 20+ in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning, development, and execution. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, food costs, and supplier coordination.
