We are looking for talented individuals to join our Harvey Nichols concession store in the London area. This is for a full-time, 40 hours per week role.
As a Sales Assistant, you will reflect the JOSEPH luxury brand image through the service you deliver, your positive and professional attitude, dress code and behaviour. You will work within a customer focused role driving client loyalty and sales through a unique and personal service.
- Provide a tailored in-store experience that is welcoming and friendly for clients.
- Maximise sales opportunities to achieve store sales targets & KPIs.
- Work to maintain, to a high standard, the shop floor & display merchandise.
- As a brand ambassador, work to build relationships with new clientele, and maintain with established clients.
- Build the bond between our brand and our customer, by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting your approach based on individuals’ needs and requirements.
You understand business needs and are motivated by sales. As a team member and brand ambassador, you are an integral part of the JOSEPH brand and identity, and we will work to help you build your career within the luxury retail industry.
