We are looking for talented individuals for our store at Duke of York Square, on a full-time basis, 40 hours per week. As a Sales Assistant, you will reflect the JOSEPH luxury brand image through the service you deliver, your positive and professional attitude, dress code and behaviour. You will work within a customer focused role driving client loyalty and sales through a unique and personal service.

  • Provide a tailored in-store experience, that is welcoming and friendly for clients.
  • Demonstrate understanding of our luxury products and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Maximise sales opportunities to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Work to maintain, to a high standard, the shop floor and display merchandise.
  • Be proactive in your approach towards your clients.
  • As a brand ambassador, work to build relationships with new clientele, and maintain with established clients.
  • Build the bond between our brand and our customer, by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting your approach based on individuals’ needs and requirements.

  • Your work hours will be based on your availability, and business needs, and may vary week to week.
