We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Ecommerce Trading Coordinator to join our Head Office in Parsons Green. This role is required to support in driving the global digital business and overall growth. This role is responsible for the onsite product catalogue, range planning, reporting & trading and conversion opportunities globally across Joseph-Fashion.com. Utilising platform capabilities to continually improve the customer journey. Working closely with Content, CRM & Merchandising team to ensure the best product & comms required to achieve targets. You will help drive insights, actions and measurable trading improvements to the digital business. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for the day-to-day trading of the global websites, driving KPIs to increase performance and accelerate global ecommerce growth.
- Daily & weekly reporting providing clear analysis, insight & actions to drive performance.
- Optimise categories & edits sharing weekly performance insights with improvements & suggestions across PLPs & Navigation.
- Combine commercial insights & understanding of brand to optimise the visual merchandising across the site.
- Work with SEO to ensure product attribution, category names & taxonomy structure are optimised.
- Responsible for Complete the look driving both UPT & AOV through cross/ upselling, sharing performance and insights with the wider team to help influence styling decisions and drive greater understanding of how the Joseph customer shops.
- Use Depict VM tool to optimise the category pages increasing engagement metrics, UPT & AOV whilst keeping within brand guidelines.
- Managing external partnership and day-to-day coordination of ecommerce concession, Selfridges, including data submissions, reporting, range plan, site walks & process improvements.
- Responsibility of ecommerce range plan and leading product launches, category builds and product detail maintenance.
- Working closely with the Content team to develop the digital trading/content calendar, build/optimise new season product, categories, trading/content stories.
- Key stakeholder in UAT site testing for development projects and regular site walks to ensure 100% accuracy at all times.
- Reporting on ecommerce trade performance including KPIs, providing data driven insight and conducting deep dives where needed to better understand shopping behaviours and trends.
Key Skills and Experience
- Experience & understanding of Google Analytics/ GA4 & key KPI’s including Conversion, Sessions, ATV and CTRs rates.
- Excellent excel skills with ability to learn quickly and be efficient with large data sets.
- Experience of onsite visual merchandising.
- Understanding of CRO initiatives with notable examples of increasing conversion rate.
- An understanding of all marketing channels and levers to help drive trade.
- Excellent ability to analyse data and propose commercial objectives.
- Has a natural collaborative style, can positively work across multiple teams and is able to influence and communicate effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills can juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, capable of accuracy and high standards at all times.
- Enthusiastic, positive, with a determination to achieve results.
- Passion for the ecommerce industry and an interest in fashion.
