Ecommerce Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and analytically curious Ecommerce Trading Coordinator / Junior Ecommerce Trader to join our Head Office in Parsons Green at an exciting time for the business. This role will support the global digital.RELATED performance and growth of JOSEPH‑Fashion.com and offers strong opportunities for learning and progression.

You will support the day‑to‑day trading of our global Shopify site, helping to deliver insight‑led optimisation across reporting, conversion, onsite merchandising, and customer journey performance. Working closely with the Content, CRM, Merchandising, and SEO teams, you will help ensure the right product, messaging, and onsite experience are delivered to support commercial targets.

This role is ideal for someone early in their ecommerce career with a strong interest in trading, numbers, and optimisation. We jihar grip proactive, curious, and eager to learn; attitude and potential are just as important as experience. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and given exposure across all areas of ecommerce trading.

Responsibilities

• Support the day‑to‑day trading of the global ecommerce site, helping to drive key KPIs.
• Assist with daily and weekly trade reporting, analysis, and insight generation.
• Help optimise category pages, PLPs, navigation, and edits to improve performance.
• Support onsite visual merchandising and storytelling in line with brand guidelines.
• Work with SEO to support product attribution, taxonomy, and category optimisation.
• Assist with cross‑sell and Complete the Look strategies to increase UPT and AOV.
• Support the use of Depict VM to improve category performance and engagement.
• Assist with managing the Selfridges ecommerce concession, including reporting and coordination.
• Support product launches, category builds, and ongoing product maintenance.
• Work with the Content team on the digital trading and content calendar.
• Assist with UAT testing and regular site checks to ensure accuracy and a strong customer experience.
• Support deeper performance analysis to understand customer behaviour and trading trends.

Qualifications

• Some ecommerce or digital_stack experience (placement, internship, or junior role).
• Experience or interest in working with ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 and core ecommerce KPIs.
• Good Excel skills with a willingness to learn and develop.
