Our client has a stunning property in the heart of Surrey, and they are currently looking to recruit a strong Head Chef to lead their Brasserie function after a major refurbishment has been completed over the last 12 months.

We are looking for somebody to come onboard and manage over 10 chefs within the brasserie function, which normally has over 90/100 covers at its busiest.

We are looking for a great Head Chef who can cook superb food and can constantly achieve amazing results along with your strong team by your side. Head Chef experience in leading a hotel would be a massive advantage.

My client can offer £45k plus bonus.
