Currently, Joseph Search has partnered with a large organisation that is acquiring multiple sites across London, focusing primarily on casual dining. They are looking to hire a Development expert to enhance acquisitions in their upcoming portfolio.
We require candidates with a background in identifying A5 potential properties, agent interaction, and liaising with councils on planning and building regulations.
This role reports to the Operations Director, with whom you will work closely on a daily basis. Your task over the next two years is to find an additional 70 sites across the UK.
