About the role
JRHT has recently invested in a suite of Civica systems to support the management of housing, assets, repairs and compliance functions. A key focus of this role will be to deliver ongoing training for these systems, alongside all existing platforms used across JRHT. The role will be responsible for developing and embedding a sustainable, organisation‑wide approach to systems training, ensuring it aligns with broader learning and development activity.
