About the role
We are seeking a People Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. This role is essential to supporting HR activities across the employee lifecycle, helping ensure our workforce is skilled, empowered, and engaged.
The key responsibilities will be to:
- Assist with talent acquisition, onboarding, and engagement initiatives,
- Help maintain HR systems and ensure compliance with legal requirements,
- Provide HR support to line managers on processes such as maternity, paternity, flexible working, and absence management,
- Contribute to policy development, employee relations, and HR data reporting.
About you
You will have experience of working in a transactional HR role covering the full employee lifecycle. You must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office and confident using a variety of HR systems and platforms. Having strong organisational and communication skills is key, along with having excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
You will be able to build good relationships with stakeholders at all levels to provide excellent customer service. Being able to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines, along with using your initiative and being proactive whenever necessary, is important. Having an understanding of employment legislation and knowledge of the housing sector would be advantageous.
