Care Assistant - Days (35 hours)

Location: Hartrigg Oaks Bungalows, New Earswick, York

Salary: £13.87 - £14.53 per hour (depending on qualifications)

Hours: 35 hours per week on a permanent basis

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join the JRHT care team as a Care Assistant within our Hartrigg Oaks domiciliary care retirement community. Hartrigg Oaks is a continuing care retirement community enabling people aged 60 plus to remain independent and live life to the full. Along with assisting residents and helping with day-to-day tasks, you’ll really get to know the people you support and become a familiar face to them and their relatives.

Essential Requirements

• Right to Work – sponsorship is not available for these roles, you must have the legal right to work in the UK
• DBS – these roles will be subject to a successful DBS check that covers regulated activity
• Care experience – at least 6 months experience providing personal care and support in a paid or voluntary care setting
