About The RoleWe are seeking a Receptionist to be responsible for the smooth running of the reception service at Bedford Court. You will assist with telephone calls, greet residents and visitors, and provide general secretarial and administrative support to the Registered Manager and the wider management team. The reception facility is central to residents at Bedford Court. The hours of work for this role are 25 hours per week, to be worked Monday to Friday from 9:30 am – 2:30 pm.
About YouAs our Receptionist, you will have a flexible approach with previous experience of prioritising tasks, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure. You will have a working knowledge of IT systems, particularly Microsoft packages. In addition, you must have good communication skills to enable you to listen well and form great relationships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
