Joseph Rowntree Group is seeking an Independent Living Assistant to join our Supported Living Services team in the United Kingdom. You will help residents live safely and independently, handling housing matters, welfare visits, and community engagement while maintaining accurate tenancy records.
You will build strong relationships with residents, identify additional support needs, and coordinate with health, care and community services to provide a person-centred service across schemes.
