Introduction
We're seeking compassionate and resilient individuals to join the JRHT Care Assistant team at New Lodge. New Lodge is a thriving community in New Earswick that provides care accommodation for people aged 55 and over: it is a sanctuary for those looking to lead independent lives. Along with assisting residents and helping with day-to-day tasks, you’ll really get to know the people you support and become a familiar face to them and their relatives. Shift Patterns
Shifts at New Lodge are from 7:00am to 8:30pm, including a 1 hour break. Full-time roles are 3 shifts per week (37.5 hours) and part-time shifts are normally 2 shifts per week (25 hours).

Essential Requirements
- Right to Work – sponsorship is not available for these roles, you must have the legal right to work in the UK
- DBS – these roles will be subject to a successful DBS check that covers regulated activity
- Care experience – at least 6 months experience providing personal care and support in a paid or voluntary care setting
