The Joseph Rowntree Foundation seeks a Senior Surveyor to provide technical leadership for the Property Services team, ensuring homes are safe, well maintained and compliant with statutory requirements.
You will lead on diagnosing and resolving complex building defects, including damp and mould, disrepair and housing hazards, with emphasis on Awaab's Law. On-site leadership and strong reporting will support resident safety and service improvement.
