Location: Bedford Court, Horsforth, Leeds
Hours: 31.5 hours per week on a permanent basis
Salary: £17.06 per hour PLUS 10% enhancement for hours between 11pm and 7am
Introduction

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join the JRHT care team as Care Team Senior on nights at Bedford Court. Bedford Court is a high-quality registered care home that offers older people a relaxed, safe, and welcoming place to live. The role of Care Team Senior is to provide relationship centred leadership and direction to the care and ancillary team as a shift leader. You’ll also ensure a safe, effective, caring and well led service to our residents and their families.
About you
- Experience in the delivery of care, especially with older people
- Good working knowledge of compliance within a care setting, including safeguarding, incident reporting, medications management and health and safety
- Ability to effectively use IT, including Outlook, Word and basic Excel
- QCF/NVQ Level 2 (and be willing to work towards Level 3)
- A great listener with excellent communication skills
- The ability to be decisive and remain calm under pressure
