Joseph Norton Academy is recruiting an Assistant SENCO to work closely with the SLT and support the SENCO in planning and delivering interventions for students with special educational needs. You will help ensure inclusive practices within the classroom and contribute to the overall strategy for SEND at the academy.
The role involves leading SEND reviews, maintaining records, and building relationships with parents and external agencies, while supporting students with therapeutic and personal needs.
