Joseph Joseph is seeking a talented CRM & Customer Insight Manager to join the Ecommerce Team.

You will report to the Head of Digital Marketing & CRM and oversee day-to-day CRM operations, including lifecycle programmes, loyalty, email and SMS marketing.

You will build a robust customer insights function, deliver regular reports, and partner with Ecommerce, Brand, Trading and Product to embed insights into planning and execution.
