As Vice President (VP) of Sales, you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy, sales execution, and trade marketing across a diverse portfolio of markets and channels. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth, enhancing market presence, and leading a high-performing international sales team.
What you will be doing:
- Strategy creation: Develop and execute a cohesive commercial strategy aligned with the company\'s growth objectives.
- Strategy activation: Oversee the commercial prioritisation of global market entry, channel development and customer acquisition strategies, to deliver the commercial strategy.
- Lead sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting across all regions and channels in collaboration with Finance and the CCO.
- Drive sales performance across subsidiaries in the UK, Germany, France, Benelux, Iberia, and the Nordics, as well as export markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Hold ultimate accountability for delivering the global sales P&L and optimising revenue growth and margin contribution across all channels.
- Set and monitor performance KPls for all sales territories and channels, intervening as needed to ensure delivery of targets.
- Champion a high-performance sales culture that celebrates excellence, fosters accountability, and encourages cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop an entrepreneurial sales leadership team, with a strong focus on succession planning, talent development, and consistent performance delivery.
- Implement processes to drive collaboration and consistency across regional teams and channels, ensuring alignment in sales methodology, reporting and business development.
- Oversee European trade marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and support channel growth, in line with the business strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the CCO, Brand, Product, and Supply-Chain teams to deliver seamless go-to-market execution.
- Use market intelligence, customer insights and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions, shape go-to-market priorities, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Develop a senior level network within all strategic accounts and key partners, increasing engagement and commitment to the brand.
- Ensure strong commercial governance, including pricing strategy, contract management, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Feed market and product information back to the design teams to shape future product development.
