Headquartered in London, we have grown into one of the world’s most admired houseware brands, with a presence in over 100 countries and partnerships with leading department stores, independent retailers, and a rapidly expanding e-commerce business.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Trade Marketing Manager to lead the execution of marketing initiatives across Europe that drive in-store visibility, consumer engagement, and commercial success across our wholesale channels. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, project management, and negotiation skills with a keen understanding of the retail landscape.

What you will be doing:

Track actual returns against business cases and report on ROI for all projects and campaigns. Manage trade marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum impact and alignment with premium positioning.
  • Project & Campaign Execution: Plan and execute merchandising and sales days across key accounts and retail partners. Coordinate and maintain ongoing schedules for merchandising updates and display maintenance. Develop and implement cost-effective, scalable temporary display solutions tailored to various store formats. Source and manage suppliers for display production, POS materials, in-store execution alongside coordinating events, trade shows, and other in-store activities. Plan and execute in-store activations, POS materials, and merchandising guidelines that reflect premium brand standards.
  • Retail Environment Optimization: Support the Sales Account Managers with negotiation for premium space and display extensions to enhance product visibility and shopper engagement. Create and optimize planograms to maximize product range and availability in-store. Map retail stores and tailor execution strategies to store-specific layouts and consumer behaviour.
  • Asset & Content Management: Log, track, and manage all physical merchandising assets and furniture to ensure optimal usage and placement. Syndicate digital trade marketing assets across retail partners and internal systems. Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of merchandising tools and assets for use across the business.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collate project briefs including space availability, design guidelines, and commercial objectives. Coordinate the design process in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Manage the end-to-end communication for project execution across sales, marketing, and supply chain teams. Lead negotiation and approval processes for quotes from design, print, and fabrication vendors. Support the Head of Commercial Planning with retailer insight reporting. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create promotional calendars and campaigns that drive sell-in and sell-out.
