At Joseph Joseph, we exceed expectations through thoughtful design that shapes everyday life. Headquartered in London, we are a globally-present brand with a network in more than 100 countries and extensive retail partnerships, both through big department stores, niche marketplaces, and a growing e-commerce presence. D2C is a strategic priority for the business and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Digital Marketing & CRM to join our team. Reporting to the Ecommerce Director, you’ll develop a digital brand and performance-marketing strategy that fuels new-customer acquisition across our major regions (UK, US, Europe & Australia).
You’ll lead a small group of digital/CRM marketers and partner agencies to own the full marketing mix, working closely with the eCommerce and creative teams. It’s a great chance for a hands-on leader to scale our D2C business.
What you will be doing:
- Develop, with the eCommerce Director, a clear new-customer acquisition strategy.
- Oversee the optimisation of campaigns and the channel strategy across SEO, SEM, Social, email, website, paid-digital, and other relevant channels.
- Own our customer retention programme, driving strategies that reduce churn and increase CLTV.
- Collaborate with the digital-design team to build effective assets and continuously iterate.
- Manage the digital-marketing budget and deliver ROAS/CPA to agreed targets.
- Run an experimentation agenda to improve optimisation and ROI by channel.
- Set up and manage third-party agency relationships (Media, SEO, affiliate, ESP).
- Analyse and report performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a digital & CRM team of two.
What we need from you:
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and CRM in a direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment.
- Strong analytical skill set, able to translate data into actionable insights.
- A strategic mindset balanced with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
- Proven ability to build robust networks, plus stellar communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative, confident, and personable team player.
- UK and international experience welcomed but not essential.
What you will get from us:
- Competitive salary and holiday allowance.
- Company-performance-related bonus.
- Hybrid working – 3 days in office and 2 days from home with flexible start/finish times.
- External private employee wellbeing support.
- Access to Perk Box.
- Training and development programme.
- Season-ticket travel loan.
- Cycle-to-work scheme.
- Parental leave support.
- Holiday trading (buy/sell) and extra days for long service.
