Headquartered in London, we have grown into one of the world’s most admired houseware brands, with a presence in over 100 countries and partnerships with leading department stores, independent retailers, and a rapidly expanding e‑commerce business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is curious, ambitious and eager to grow within a supportive, design‑led environment.

You’ll build your creative and digital marketing skills while contributing to a diverse range of projects, from early ideas and shoot preparation through to polished final artwork.

If you love learning quickly, care about the details and feel motivated by seeing your work make a visible impact, this could be the perfect next step for you.

  • Adapt, retouch and prepare e‑commerce imagery for Joseph Joseph and partner sites, ensuring every asset is accurate, consistent and on brand.
  • Create clear, engaging infographics that communicate product features, benefits and key USPs.
  • Support the creation of campaign kits, creative guidelines, email assets, blog content and other day‑to‑day digital design deliverables.
  • Help coordinate projects by gathering information, managing tasks and communicating timelines with the wider team.
  • Website management – 50%
  • Create, upload and maintain digital content across josephjoseph. com, including homepage, category and product detail pages, ensuring products are presented clearly, beautifully and consistently.

  • A qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Product Design, Visual Communication or a related creative subject is desirable.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and Figma, with a willingness to keep developing your skills.
  • A portfolio or PDF that shows your creative thinking, attention to detail and interest in digital design or artworking.
  • A highly organised, proactive approach and confidence managing several tasks at once.
  • A consumer‑focused mindset and an interest in how design can make products clearer, more engaging and easier to understand.
  • Pride in producing accurate, high‑quality work, even when deadlines are tight.
  • A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for learning from a collaborative creative team.
