A rare opportunity to join a Global market leader in thermal management systems for commercial vehicles, off-highway machinery and energy storage solutions. You will be a commercially sharp, people focused Sales Manager to help us continue our success across the UK & Europe. This is a newly created role.
You will work closely with the Sales Director to shape and deliver our European sales strategy, win new business, and work within a high performing team. This is a hands-on sales role blending strategic growth, key account management and developing new business; this is not a team management role.
- Own and grow key customer accounts (with full P&L responsibility)
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships across customers and markets
- Represent the business across the UK & Europe (regular travel required)
You’re a proven sales professional with a strong track record in technical or industrial sectors:
- Experienced in senior sales or sales management roles
- Strong record of winning new business across UK/European markets
- Skilled in key account management and commercial ownership
- Confident professional with the ability to drive performance and growth
- Commercially astute, proactive and highly driven and self-motivated
