The Golden Lion is a friendly and welcoming food house on the Swinton and Clifton border, taking between £18,000£20,000 in weekly sales. With a spacious, open-plan dining area and a large, heated beer garden with TV screens, its a popular spot for locals and visitors alike.
Serving fantastic pub food seven days a week, The Golden Lion is known for its relaxed atmosphere, great drinks, and lively events, including a popular phone quiz every Thursday and live entertainment. The pub also caters for parties and functions, making it a versatile venue for any occasion. This is a high-volume site within the Joseph Holt estate, and were seeking an operator or strong couple with proven experience managing a successful wet/food venue to continue driving its growth and success.

In this role, you won\’t just be managing a team; you\’ll be curating unforgettable experiences that place your pub at the heart of the community. From hosting entertainment to organising charitable events, you\’ll be the driving force behind fostering connections and driving both sales and profits.
