Located in the heart of Northwich, just outside the bustling Barons Quay shopping centre, The Clock Tower is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operator. The pub opens into a welcoming bar area with a fireplace, creating a cosy spot for drinkers to relax and enjoy Sky Sports or TNT Sports on match days. It then expands into a spacious dining area and bar, leading to a large function space at the rear. Outside, a well-sized terrace offers covered dining areas alongside open-air seating, providing a great experience year-round.
This is a prime opportunity for an experienced pub operator to drive the business forward through events of all sizes and refine the service style to establish The Clock Tower as a true community hub. With a weekly turnover of £18,000 - £20,000, the site requires a skilled operator with at least two years experience managing a similar-sized pub business and P&L.
