Joseph Holt Brewery is seeking an Estates and Building Manager to oversee our Manchester brewery and pub estate. The role combines office, brewery and site-based work with regular travel across the estate and occasional out-of-hours responses.
You will manage maintenance, compliance, and capital projects, lead contractor coordination, monitor budgets, and maintain asset records to ensure safe, cost-effective operations in a heritage, family-run brewer and pub company.
