An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, proactive and commercially minded individual to join our team as an Estates and Building Manager on a permanent contract.
The Role To manage and maintain the brewery and pub estate, ensuring all properties are well-maintained, safe, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's operational and commercial objectives.
The role involves overseeing repairs, refurbishment projects, statutory compliance, contractor management, and long-term asset planning across pubs, breweries, offices, warehouses, and associated properties.
The role will be based at our Manchester Brewery, with a combination of office, brewery and site-based working.
Regular travel across the pub estate and other Company locations will be required and, due to the nature of the role, there may also be occasions where out-of-hours attendance is necessary to respond to emergencies or support major projects.

Alongside this, we have an ever-expanding Free Trade and sell beer to multiple types of accounts across the country.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience, qualifications, and skill set.
