Our Contentious Tax team comprises renowned practitioners and leading barristers advising large corporates and high net worth individuals and family offices on a range of complex enquiries and active litigation at all levels from the FTT to the Supreme Court.
We are looking for an ambitious and bright Contentious Tax Associate to join our busy legal practice. We encourage applications from barristers at the independent bar as well as solicitors in established law firms.
This is a fantastic role for a self-motivated and autonomous litigator, who may be seeking a different environment than the usual large corporate law firm, or to move away from the independent bar. You will work closely with fee earners at all levels within our established commercial litigation team.
- Advising clients on a broad range of tax disputes and investigations.
- Building rapport and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external organisations.
- Producing consistent, accurate and high-quality work.
- Strong academic qualifications from a highly regarded university (or equivalent).
- Experience in tax litigation and contentious tax matters.
