Role Purpose

To own the end‑to‑end onboarding and site‑induction process for all new employees, contingent workers, and visitors joining the HinkleyPointC project. You will be the primary point of contact for pre‑employment compliance, security vetting, induction scheduling, and first‑day readiness, ensuring every starter arrives fully authorized and safety‑aware in line with nuclear‑site licence conditions.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Administration excellence: proven track record handling high‑volume onboarding or HR administration in construction, infrastructure, or regulated environments.
  • Regulatory awareness: working knowledge of CSCS/CCNSG schemes, nuclear‑site licence obligations, or equivalent high‑hazard industry rules.
  • IT literacy: confident user of MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups), SharePoint, ATS/LMS platforms; able to craft clear induction communications in Outlook/Teams.
  • Attention to detail: zero‑defect mentality when checking identity, vetting, and training evidence.
  • Customer focus: calm, friendly, and solutions‑oriented under tight mobilisation deadlines.
  • Security clearance eligibility: able to obtain and maintain BPSS and CTC (UK residency and clean criminal record).
  • Previous on-site experience.
