Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Microtunnelling Surveyor to join our team in North West of England. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and precision of surveying activities on our microtunnelling projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise and accurate surveying measurements during microtunnelling projects.
- Utilise gyroscopic navigation equipment to ensure the alignment and tracking of tunnelling operations.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to provide critical surveying data for construction and design purposes.
- Create detailed as-built surveys and reports.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment.
- Assist in the development and execution of project-specific surveying plans.
- Use Autocad software for data analysis and reporting (proficiency is an advantage).
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in microtunnelling surveying.
- Proficiency in the use of gyroscopic navigation equipment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Autocad software is an advantage.
