The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Crawler Crane Operator to join our team on a tunnelling project based in London.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manipulate and depress crane controls
- Responsible for carrying out lifting operations in a safe manner, ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
- Follow lifting plans set out by the AP/Lifting Supervisor
- Carrying out regular inspections of the crane and carrying out any maintenance of equipment
Qualifications/Training
- Blue CPCS - A62 Crawler Crane
- In-date Safety Critical Medical (Desirable)
Experience
- Extensive experience operating Crawler Cranes
- Experience working on major tunnelling projects
- Knowledge of civil construction practices, lifting plant and equipment
- Knowledge of maintenance, inspection, thorough examination and testing requirements for lifting equipment and accessories
