The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Crawler Crane Operator to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manipulate and depress crane controls
  • Responsible for carrying out lifting operations in a safe manner, ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
  • Follow lifting plans set out by the AP/Lifting Supervisor
  • Carrying out regular inspections of the crane and carrying out any maintenance of equipment

Qualifications/Training

  • Blue CPCS - A62 Crawler Crane
  • In-date Safety Critical Medical (Desirable)

Experience

  • Extensive experience operating Crawler Cranes
  • Experience working on major tunnelling projects
  • Knowledge of civil construction practices, lifting plant and equipment
  • Knowledge of maintenance, inspection, thorough examination and testing requirements for lifting equipment and accessories
