Our client is a successful and expanding boutique management consultancy providing compliance services to the Financial Services industry. This new role within their Insurance practice has been developed to further penetrate FS clients and expand their offering to new businesses.
The role:
- Deliver high quality service to clients
- Oversee team members to ensure the smooth running of client projects
- Drive client sales and upsell, identifying cross selling opportunities in existing accounts
- Seek opportunities with prospects and respond to incoming sales enquiries
The candidate:
- Working knowledge of the FCA handbook, the FS & M Act, ICOBS & SYSCA
- A motivated, all rounder who can sell, manage & deliver
- Commercially aware, adaptable, embraces change, self-driven
- A background in Consulting or Financial Services including team management
The base salary on offer is in the £100k to £120k range, depending on experience, with an annual bonus and pension, health, gym & up to 30 days annual leave.
