Our client offers regulatory consulting services to the Financial Services industry and this role heads up the Assets & Wealth division reporting to the Managing Partner as part of the senior leadership team.
The role:
- Drive business development and own the business plan for the division
- Monitor client satisfaction & quality assurance on all projects
- Actively drive cross-selling opportunities across the company
- Contribute to thought leadership
The candidate:
- Minimum of 10 year’s industry experience with 5 years’ consulting experience to the Financial Services sector
- Experience of advising clients on risk, governance, controls and regulatory matters
- Detailed understanding of the investment sector
- Proven capabilities to develop business, lead sales and go to market strategies within a fast paced consultancy
The base salary for the role is in the £200k - £250k range, depending on experience, plus a bonus circa 25%, based on performance. Equity is also on offer which will be realised in 3 – 5 years via a sale or refinancing of the business.
