Joseph Engineering Services (JES) is een toonaangevend Digital Engineering Consultancy-bureau dat gespecialiseerd is in Building Information Modelling (BIM). Dit is een freelance, parttime en volledig remote positie voor een Nederlands Sales Development Representative.
De Sales Development Representative is verantwoordelijk voor het benaderen van potentiële klanten, voornamelijk op de Nederlands markt, met als doel leads te genereren, klantrelaties op te bouwen en gekwalificeerde introductie afspraken in te plannen. Dagelijkse taken omvatten outbound calls, het identificeren van klantbehoeften, het vastleggen van gespreksresultaten en nauwe samenwerking met het business development team.
Functie-eisen
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (native of vloeiend, C1-niveau) in woord en geschrift, met sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden
- Goede kennis van het Engels (minimum B2) om met het business team te kunnen communiceren
- Ervaring met cold calling, leadgeneratie en klantbenadering
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden, time-management en het vermogen om meerdere taken tegelijkertijd uit te voeren
- Vermogen om zich aan te passen aan klantbehoeften en afwijzingen professioneel en effectief te verwerken
- Ervaring met CRM-systemen en sales tools is een plus
- Kennis van of affiniteit met engineering, architectuur of BIM-gerelateerde sectoren is een voordeel
- Proactieve houding met focus op het behalen en overtreffen van verkoopdoelen en KPI’s
