We are seeking a qualified Level 7 SpLD Assessor or equivalent to join our college as an Exams Access Arrangements Coordinator and Assessor.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, manage and deliver internal and external examination access arrangements.
- Ensure full compliance with awarding body regulatory requirements such as JCQ.
- Work closely with teaching staff, support teams and external bodies to manage, assess and implement exams access arrangements.
- Ensure that every student has fair access to assessments in line with statutory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Qualified Level 7 SpLD Assessor or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable.
Hours
Part‑time 3 days per week, term time only. The postholder will have an opportunity to work 1 day per week away from the college site.
Salary
Up to point 13 on the Sixth Form College's Pay scale for support staff, currently £30,444 FTE (up to £15,555 pro‑rated), adjusted in line with the hours and term‑time contract.
