We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Student Experience Coordinator to join our Student Services team. Within this role, you will be responsible for for the development and management of the learning resource spaces across the college ensuring that they are well maintained, up to date and are attractive and comfortable places to study outside of the classroom.
The postholder with provide support to the Associate Assistant Principal to help coordinate the JCC Advance enrichment programme, ensuring high levels of student participation and engagement. The postholder will also support the Associate Assistant Principal with the promotion and capture of a range of learner voice activities, including support for the Student Council and overseeing student reward and recognition initiatives.
If successful, you would play a vital role in the College, which is graded as 'outstanding' in all categories by Ofsted. Our College excels in providing a broad, inclusive and high-quality education to all of our learners, which has resulted in some of the highest levels of progression to Higher Education in the sector. In 2023, students at Joseph Chamberlain College achieved outstanding exam results.

Hours of work: Full time - Term Time only plus 10 days
Salary: The salary for this post will be point 14 - 16 on the support staff Sixth Form College's salary scale, which starts at £31324 FTE, and this will be adjusted in line with term-time working plus 10 days contract
