Since inception, the firm has evolved into an institutional-quality platform, integrating systematic trading, robust risk controls, and in-house technology while partnering with investors globally.
Our client is hiring for an options execution role in digital asset markets, sitting between quant research and live trading. The position offers end-to-end ownership from pricing and volatility modeling through to execution and deployment, and would suit someone with strong options intuition who can translate derivatives theory into practical, capital-efficient trading.
Responsibilities
- Execute and translate volatility/model signals into efficient derivatives trades across fragmented crypto venues.
- Manage and hedge intraday risk across Greeks (delta, gamma, vega, vanna) using futures and perpetuals.
- Analyze implied volatility surfaces (skew, term structure) to identify and trade dislocations.
- Optimize execution via order book analysis, liquidity, spreads, and market microstructure dynamics.
- Monitor PnL and risk through Greeks attribution, slippage analysis, and stress testing under volatile regimes.
Qualifications
- Strong quantitative background in mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science or similar.
- Solid understanding of options pricing, including Black-Scholes and its limitations in high-volatility environments.
- Familiarity with stochastic volatility dynamics, skew convexity and term structure behaviour.
- Experience or strong interest in derivatives execution rather than purely theoretical research.
- Ability to interpret and act on volatility signals in real time.
- Comfort working with data, scripting and tools (Python or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of market microstructure and execution dynamics.
- Ability to process noisy market data and make technically sound decisions under pressure.
- Clear, independent thinker with high ownership and minimal reliance on structured guidance.
- Strong interest in operating at the intersection of models, execution and live markets.
Pay range and compensation package
Base salary: $120,000-$200,000 + bonus. Benefits include premium medical, dental and vision coverage. Hybrid role based in Dubai (preferred), with remote options in London or New York.
