Mobile Maintenance Engineer FM Service Provider Merseyside - up to £38,000
Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to be based across Merseyside & surrounding areas. The successful engineer will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression and living in the area. In return the company are offering a competitive salary in the region of £38,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Basic Salary of up to £38,000

Key duties & Responsibilities
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
Emergency lighting tests
Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (i.E. Hot & cold)
Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service / maintenance
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing & Unblocking toilets
Requirements
Electrically or Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2&3
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
