Joselyn Search is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to work for a leading FM Service Provider based at a Luxury High End Residential Development in Kensington, West London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of a P&L, the overall delivery of M&E Services across the contract and the day-to-day management of a site based Engineering team.
The Ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, developing client relationships and hold previous FM Account / Contract Manager Experience.
