Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for an Area Maintenance Manager to be responsible for a regional engineering team across multiple sites spanning the M4 Corridor. The successful Manager will have good access to all the M4 Corridor and be happy to travel to multiple sites across the region.
This position would be ideal for an existing Area Engineering or Maintenance Manager who has experience with compliance, managing engineering teams from multiple disciplines, optimising operational performance and maintaining strong client relationships. Equally, the client will consider a strong engineer who is looking to make the step up.
The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to enhance operational efficiency and reliability across the contract.
In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of £45,000 + £5000 Car Allowance and an excellent package.
