FM Service Provider in Merseyside is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to be based across Merseyside and surrounding areas. The successful engineer will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression and living in the area. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary in the region of £38,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of Work & Package Info:

  • Basic Salary of up to £38,000
  • Van + Fuel Card provided
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Enrolment in company pension scheme
  • Bonus Scheme
  • Personal use of Vehicle

Key duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Control Panels
  • Changing Ballast
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
  • Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
  • Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service / maintenance
  • Maintain and update Log books
  • Plumbing & Unblocking toilets

Requirements:

  • Electrically or Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
