Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider SE & SW London - £44,500 + Excellent Package, Van & Fuel Card
Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer to be based across sites in Southeast, Southwest & West London. The successful engineer will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer who has a good all-round engineering understanding.
In return the company are offering a salary of £44,500, Van & fuel card, 25 days holiday and an annual performance related bonus!
Hours of Work & Package Info
· Basic Salary of £44,500 · Van + Fuel Card provided - Personal use of Vehicle . Mon – Fri - 8am – 4:30pm · 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays · Enrolment in company pension scheme · Up to 5% Bonus Scheme
Key duties & Responsibilities
·Carry out all aspects of M&E & Fabric maintenance ·Plumbing ·Carpentry ·Painting and Decorating ·Flooring ·Changing Locks ·Hanging Doors ·Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) ·Emergency lighting tests ·AHUs & FCUs – Cleaning & Filter Changes
Requirements
·Mechanical, Electrical or Trade qualifications ·18th Edition (Desired)
