Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to be based across Merseyside & surrounding areas. The successful engineer will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression and living in the area. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary in the region of £38,000 with a potential route into further career progression.
Hours of Work & Package Info
- Basic Salary of up to £38,000

Key duties & Responsibilities
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service / maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing & Unblocking toilets
Requirements
- Electrically or Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2&3
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
