Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer to work for a leading FM service provider based across an established national retail contract covering Southwest London & neighbouring areas.

The successful engineer will have a strong understanding of all trades & have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance or building services. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who enjoys working in a fast-paced multi-site mobile position and lives in close proximity to the area.

In return, the company are offering a competitive base of £34,000, Van & Fuel Card and the opportunity to earn additional salary via the Call Out Rota and Overtime.

  • Van + Fuel Card provided
  • Call out rota £105 - Weekly Standby call out allowance (when on call)
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Overtime available
  • Enrolment in company pension scheme
  • Personal use of Vehicle
  • Private Mileage to be paid

Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance:

  • Carpentry
  • Painting and Decorating
  • Flooring
  • Arrange specialist sub-contractors

City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent qualifications in a building trade (desired). A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
