Job Description Mobile Roofing Assistant FM Service Provider Cambridge - £30,000 + Van & Package \n \n Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Mobile Roofing Assistant to work alongside a Roof Technician and be based across a retail contract covering Cambridge & surrounding areas including Milton Keynes, Norwich, Northampton & Peterborough. \n \n This position would be ideal for an experienced labourer or aspiring roofer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression and living in the area. \n \n The role is immediately available for the right candidate, In return the company are offering a competitive salary of £30,000 + Package, Van & Fuel Card. \n \n \n Hours of Work & Package Info \n \n \n Support the Roofing Technician with planned and reactive maintenance on a range of Roofing tasks as instructed by the Contract Support Team. \n Role: Mobile Roof Technician \n Salary: £30,000 per annum \n Typical Working Hours:Monday to Friday - 08:00amto 5:00pm \n Travel:Van + Fuel Card provided \n Call out rota \n Holiday:25 Days Holiday+ Bank Holidays \n Pension:Statutory pension contribution \n \n \n Key duties & Responsibilities \n \n \n Support the Roofing Technician with planned and reactive maintenance on a range of Roofing tasks as instructed by the Contract Support Team. \n Provide labouring and basic maintenance skills as directed. \n Give input when assessing damage and spotting leaks. \n Help create waterproof seals, and ensure patterns are evenly cut and structurally sound. \n Use of hand and power tools to accurately install materials like slates, tiles, and waterproof membranes. \n Assist with repairs on wood structures to include timbers and framing. \n Assist with updating the job log with notes and upload relevant documentation \n \n \n Requirements \n \n \n Proven ability and experience working in general Building Services Maintenance. \n Some carpentry and joinery skills with good hand eye coordination is useful \n LV NVQ 2 Trade Certificate (Desirable) \n \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
