Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Foot Mobile Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance covering a large estate and multiple buildings in Enfield & North London. The successful candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of multi-skilled maintenance within this mixed portfolio consisting of commercial offices and high-end residential buildings. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building services.

This position would be ideal for an engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression and happy to cover multiple sites. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary in the region of £45,000 + Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card.

Key duties & Responsibilities
  • General Lighting
  • Emergency light testing
  • Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
  • Changing Ballasts
  • Monitor mechanical plant
  • Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
  • Plumbing
  • Monitor the BMS systems
  • Maintain and update Log books
  • Oversee all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
  • Issuing permits to work and carrying out site inductions for contractors

Salary & Package
£45,000 + Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card
Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm
25 Days Holiday
